Renewals
You can renew your policy online using your Customer Portal. If you haven't done so already, register for the Customer Portal.

Existing Customers
You can make changes to your policy anytime in your Customer Portal and as you are making the changes yourself, we offer a reduced admin fee.

Cancel your Policy
You can request to cancel your policy anytime by going to your Customer Portal and answering a few simple questions. If you pay by direct debit there may be an outstanding balance and we will need consent to collect any monies owed from the credit or debit card, we hold on file for you.
